Julie, I just wanted to write a quick note of thanks for your most needed (and appreciated) negotiation services. You saved me a TON of time and money, but most of all STRESS:-)) I know all too well how much time and aggravation short sales can be (sitting on the phone for HOURS just to be disconnected, telling the same scenario to ten different people and still not getting to the right person, "you didn't get the fax....that's funny I have my 60th confirmation right here in my hands...now WHAT number do I need to send this to?"), so having someone who has been "on the other side" now on MY side has proven to be one of the best business decisions I could have made.
